My head is super confused 😐
Basically I worked for this company part time and wanted to progress/go full time but they didn't have any availability or opportunities at that time. I took a job as a receptionist on a temporary basis for 6 months but at the end of it I won't be out of a job but I may have to go to another area.
Today my old company rang for a chat for potential area manager job but starting off training and doing course etc. It will be a lot of hard work and quite intense and I have a 5 year old at home.
What do I do do I think let's go for it and working my butt off for area manager or stick what I am doing.
I'm worried incase the area manager will be too much for me and affect my family! Any opinions please I want to hear good and bad
