I’ve changed my name for this one.
I’ve got an interview tomorrow lunchtime. I’ve had a few recently and haven’t got the job. Most recently it was a role that I have basically held before, in two separate organisations. I should have got it with my experience, knowledge and skills but I just don’t do well in interviews.
The one tomorrow is similar, although not identical. What can I do to prepare better?
I sit with the jd & person spec in front of me and try to imagine the questions but I always get caught out by a few things they ask me, get flustered and end up either not saying much or making light hearted remarks to cover up my fluster! (Obviously it doesn’t).
My confidence is taking a bashing which just makes me more and more worried.
