When to ask for employee discount???

I've recently started a temporary job, on my first day we signed a document which says we were entitled to employee discount 'straight away'.

Two weeks later and I've not been given it, so when's the right time to ask for it? I just worry that I'm going to look greedy!

Have you been buying things since you started and not receiving the discount?
Or wanting to buy something but don't know how much your discount is?

I assume it would have just been applied with your purchases, if not there's no harm in asking if the amount asked for is with your staff discount applied?

Sorry for the questions, just trying to figure out the situation.

I know how much the discount is so I've just been waiting for it (it's a code) that I apply at checkout but because they haven't given it to me, I haven't bought anything.

Straight away, of course. It's part of your job package.

Retailer I worked at was the same, the staff used to do it at the till whilst I bought anything in uniform until my discount card came. Just ask them it's not cheeky
