My dd oh has just got a new job it's in sales so he was told , well it's actually door knocking and it is self employed and on so many sales he gets a bonus.
He has been out all week from 7am till walking back through the door at nearly midnight . This week he has only been out selling for two days but made 5 sales so got a hundred pound bonus but only actually made £50 for two 12 hour shifts that works out at £2.08 an hour so of course my dd is panicking as they have a 5 month old baby at home and his older two every weekend I think my question is can that be legal or is he honestly better off going back to UC until something else comes up . To add to that he is spending £30 on train fair every week any advice to help my dd would be welcome , tia
