Just after some advice if anyone can help
Husband has worked in an admin role for a good few years, applied for a temp post last year which ended up being permanent. In now turns out the post isn't really working for the department.
Would they just let him go or place him somewhere else?
He's not been told much but keeps hearing from the managers it's not working
