SMP payback ?

Hiya, if anyone knows a better topic to post this in, please do let me know! A bit of a complicated one...
I was made redundant in Nov of last year, my employers paid my SMP upfront (see below screenshot of payment made). I was due my baby March 9 of this year. I understand that I may need to pay my SMP back up until the 52weeks after 31/12/20? I have been offered a job that is too good to pass on. Is anyone aware if this is the case, just having to pay the remainder back? Who do I contact? Thank you so much in advance.

SMP is usually paid for 39 weeks not 52
I dont know the regulations around paying back as SMP wouldn't normally be paid back
When would the new job start?

@dementedpixie Ah yes, sorry I meant 39 weeks. It'd be an ASAP start date. I have obviously kept the SMP money back just in case this had happened.

It would be HMRC to contact but I'd suggest a call to the maternity action advice line to clarify if you are required to repay a lump sum.
