CS Situational Judgement Test EO

I had 2 CS situational judgement tests recently, one for AO grade and one for EO grade.

I passed the AO with a score of high 80s. But the EO one I flunked horribly - low 20s!!! I understand that the type of answers which indicate a tendency to ask for help are scored badly and I was aware of this doing the AO assessment but the EO one went very badly.

Any tips for next time?

Probably depends on the role - AO jobs rarely involve leading people but in some departments EOs have big teams to lead. I suspect that’s the difference, they are looking at different areas.

Did it give you feedback on each of the areas tested?

No feedback sadly, just a very poor score. I realised straight after the results came that I should have picked certain answers over others, but I suppose I played it safe - to my detriment.
Are there any sites which give guidance specifically on CS type judgement tests and explain the reasoning behind answers? Big ask I know Blush
