Help with application question

Found the perfect job! It's in a school in business support role and have fab examples on all the application questions bar one!!! Can anyone help??

experience providing input and effective support to the development, management, implementation and monitoring of business operations, systems and plans.

I havnt worked in a school before but lots of businesses :/ having a mind blank and hoping you lovely ladies can give me a prompt in the right direction that I can put a spin on?

Can you think of any systems or processes that you have proposed changes or developments to, or helped to implement someone else's change to?

A new way of keeping records or tracking progress of something, or getting something signed off or moved along?

What previous job roles have you done? It's a really broad question so you'll definitely have an example. Just gotta find it!

Thanks I thought of a process I completed overhauled recently and listed the positives from the change , hope it's good enough . I have spent hours on the application
