At xmas I put in a request for 3 long days on a 2 week rolling pattern. Hr accepted this and gave me a 6 month trial with email.The email states it ends x date.
The home manager is leaving . Deputy is going to cover.
There is one more month left of work trial and the next rota is being put together and I saw I haven't got the same shifts as agreed.
However the regional manager called everyone in who was on a requested work pattern and said nothing was going to change even if HR didn't approve things as deputy was happy with shift patterns. There were 3 people in that meeting.
Am job hunting as I trust no one .When I requested information from Hr about who would inform me as manager will be gone by end of shift pattern trial they said who ever takes over.
Any suggestions on how to handle this pls?
