I have requested a different shift pattern due to medical conditions that has got worse over the year and due to wearing hearing aids I struggle wearing mask full time 5 days a week.
work have accepted this and given me a 6 month work trial. It ends on x date .no update yet but I have seen a copy of the shift before then and my current pattern isnt being honoured.How much notice should I receive that they want to end trial early pls
