Nobody wished me happy birthday at work knowing full well it's my birthday also got text on my day off to say they are collecting for another team members birthday ?i'm thinking of leaving

Yes exactly what I was thinking! life is too short😃 it's not only me they are mean to and they spend 80% of work time gossiping🤨 I'm calling them the mean team from now on and I'm looking to join a dream team before I get stuck there forever
