We are going through TUPE following an acquisition.
One of the clauses in my new contract states that I would be expected to carry out duties of another in ADDITION to or instead of my own.
Is this standard in contracts? I work part time.. how would I be able to carry out another role in ADDITION to my own role?
I've been told it is a standard clause for flexibility reasons.
Can anyone advise?
