Occupational Health Review

Dd works in Local Government she has a longterm health condition Ankylosing Spondylitis which causes mobility issues, issues with strength and dexterity, pain, fatigue etc.
She is currently experiencing a flare up of her symptoms and took a month off sick although has been back at work three weeks. She asked for an occupational Health Review as they did supply adapted seating and mouse and make suggestions on how to manage previously and was hoping for more suggestions as she is really struggling.
Today Occupational Health said she is not fit for work and would be sending in a report to her manager who isn't particularly sympathetic or supportive. Dd agrees that she isn't fit for work but as a single parent she doesn't feel as she has much choice (she does receive PIP because of the AS) other than work.
What is likely to happen next?
