Hello all, just to let people who might be looking for me know that I am back.

Thank you to everyone who posted lovely things, I am blushing , and thank you for emails those who emailed me as well, everyone is so nice!

I am not 100% myself at the moment, nothing to worry about but not completely well healthwise, but on the track to sorting it out though and in the meantime well and truly back after a much-needed rest.

Seriously I'm really grateful you are here, You gave me some good advice when DH was going through a very rough patch in his previous job. He left without going through grievance process like you suggested and is now contracting happy as larry in a job with regular hours near by ewhich means he can do some of DS pick ups and drop offs so we all win.
