I don't have a query just want to vent ! Why do so many workplaces just have such crap management and you just constantly feel like everyone is out for themselves and a small number of favorites do well and the rest get shit on from a great height ?
My team leader is crap, he has abused his position on numerous occasions and never listen's to his teams concerns. As a team we have had excellent results ( from hard work ) that he is now taking credit for and at a crucial point in the teams survival he has managed to get himself an undeserved promotion and left us fighting for our survival with the risk of no jobs in a few months.
How to deal with the anger and injustice of it all other than just moving on to another job?
