Find me a career/job

Looking for ideas for a new job. I'm 44 and able to work any hours I want, due to my dcs being old enough to take care of themselves.
I am going back to my job working in our family bistro after being furloughed for almost a year. I feel that I have changed as a person and I need to move on.
Qualification wise, I have a HE diploma in working with young people and families and nvq 2 in care. I have lots of experience working in care literally from birth to end of life.
I want a job with promotion prospects, but I am willing to train and start at the bottom if I can move up.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received

I always wanted to be a midwife but even with my 2/3 degree and level 3 health sciences, I would need to sit a gcse science to even apply. I only finished uni 3 years ago, I am too old to go back now?

Definitely not too old. I did my nurse training at 26 but there were so many students in their 40s and 50s . I think the life experience really helps. they did really well on the course . Maybe look into being a maternity care assistant first .

There are midwifery degree apprenticeships too it's worth looking into :)
