Career change?

I've always worked in children's nurseries. I was made redundant when I was pregnant 4 years ago. No my DC is due to go to school this September and I really want to get back to work. I ideally want a 9-3 (ish) term time job. So I can be with the kids.
When I was previously working I worked 9-6 and this just won't work now having to put 3 kids in breakfast, after school and holiday clubs. Hence why I need something more childcare friendly.

I do love working with children but I'm not opposed to a complete career change.
For reference, I have a BTEC National diploma in childcare.

Does anyone have any ideas of jobs which will fit into my hour needs?

Due to budget cuts, our Teaching Assistants now work 9-1.30 or 9-3. The money is terrible though.

TAs /LSAs are notoriously badly paid (for what they do) and as being childcare friendly.... at my school we start at 08:10 so that would mean children going into breakfast clubs and that would make a huge dent in wages (especially with 3 DC!)
We are currently looking for 2 more LSAs and one of the applicants has stated that (at the mo) they can only work 9-2:50 due to school drop offs / pick ups but the school are still interviewing her and will be open to this if she is the best fit!
