Hi,

Been nursing 13 years, have loved it, but last 12 months have taken there toll, I have had enough and want to do something else, that doesn't take so much physically and mentally, I would love to work from home and have more time with family and do schools runs more, and be able to feel
more present when I'm at home

I am a band 7 at the moment working 34 hours so I am worried about losing money,

Any advice/experience would be
appreciated

Hey I was nursing for 12 years before I decided I just couldn't do it anymore and now I'm a GP practice Manager with not much of a pay drop. There's lots of jobs out there for nurses which aren't directly nursing you'll find something!!

Could you do cosmetic injections or similar? I think many people are happy to pay premium to see a healthcare professional for that, rather than a beautician.
