I'm a school teaching assistant trying to reduce my working hours from 21 to 16 per week either morning or afternoon session Monday to Friday to manage childcare after my maternity leave has ended. I'm filling out the flexibility working hours form now and I need your ideas to answer these 2 questions:

- Accommodating the new working pattern. I think the effect on the school and my colleagues can be dealt with as follows: .................
I'm thinking of job sharing, however the questions are automatically structured in a negative way and I'm not sure how to my ideas. Any suggestion is appreciate.
