Anyone a whizz at calculating NHS qualifying weeks!?

So, NHS qualifying weeks I am confused! I want to increase my mat pay as much as possible.

‘Occupational maternity/adoption pay is calculated on the basis of the employee’s average weekly earnings over the reference period. This is the 8 week period up to and including the qualifying week (i.e. 15th week before EWC)/matching week. Average weekly pay will include enhancements for the hours paid over a period of two months on or before the Saturday of the qualifying week/matching week.’

So my EDD is 6th Jan. 15 weeks before this would be 22nd Sept

So I have calculated the 8 week period as being 24 July 2021-25 September 2021 (Saturday-Saturday as per the above).

My pay dates for this period are 28th July and 27th Aug. So will they just use these 2 months pay cheques, so my enhancements from June and July?

Or will they actually calculate the individual weeks? Because if they do that the previous 8 weeks enhancements won’t make any sense and I can't work out when to work extra!?

Anyone a whizz on NHS mat pay!!?? I know I am literally just pregnant so it's v early but I don't want to be caught out!

TIA x
