Gone back FT and struggling

I've gone back to work after a 10 year career break into a very full on & full-time role and honestly I'm struggling and my family are suffering. I'd love to continue with the company and in the role but not on these hours.

It's a very sales-driven company and bar admin staff, I've not come across anyone that works less than FT. Been here 7 months and yet to really prove myself so not in a strong negotiating position plus I have big targets that frankly require the crazy hours! I'd happily take a bit of a pay cut if it meant being home at 5 o'clock a few days a week or having an afternoon off and I really feel something has to give or I'll burn out. I had no problem doing this role in my 20's but then didn't have the physical and mental load that comes with being a parent!

Any advice?
