Hi
I am currently on maternity leave and employed part time. I am looking at setting up my own business to enable work from home for the days I'm not in work.

Can I do this whilst on maternity leave or do I need to wait until I return back to my employment before I can setup?

Not sure of the legalities or where to look to find out. Thanks

It depends on your contract as to whether you can work outside of your employment.
Apart from that, what are you thinking of doing?
