How does Body Shop at Home work?

Just that really. Have a friend who has gone all out on it, seems to be doing well, has gone part time in her actual job (two days a week), has around 80 body shop people in her team and she started maybe 18 months ago.

I think there's about 30% commission if you make a sale but that feels like a lot of body butter to be flogging to be able to go part time? Is there a salary? Or does it all come from the people below you?

Aware I could just ask her but don't want to be recruited and have already had a few conversations along that line without a clear answer.

It's a multi level marketing scheme.

its an MLM - or in other words is a pyramid scheme, you make money by recruiting
