Adding training courses to cv

I have done a lot of courses in my time. After getting someone to review my cv they referred to a course as a qualification, which it isn't, it was just learning.

So if you go on a course, do you put it on your cv or just those that are cpd or qualifications?

I think I’d put it on if it was relevant to the job I was going for.

I have a section for qualifications and a separate section for training. And yes tailor it to the role, I obviously don't put in all my health and safety training etc ha, but I've done some uni modules that aren't formal qualifications but still cost a fair bit of money and time and if pertinent to the role keep them in.

Good idea to have them separate, thanks.
