So I've had to hand my notice in at my current employer due to them not allowing me to go back part time.

I've got a potential job lined up working remotely from home go into the office 1 day a week. So in total working 3 days. I'm stuck what to do with my 8 month old the thought of ever leaving her makes me sick but I know I need to do it. I feel fine about her going to my mums or my husband having her the day I'm at the office but what do I do with her if I am at home? Do I keep her with me at home OR do I get someone to have her? I want her with me but if she's crying and I have to take a cal what do I do???? Need advice thanks

It’s not practical to work with a baby. Could your mum watch her but at your home? Therefore you could still have lunch etc with them. You’d need to set boundaries on when you could be disturbed and when not though.

You cannot give work your full attention and do childcare. Rules have relaxed during lockdowns but expectations will change now. You heed to organise someone else to be available to care for your baby, regardless of wfh or in office.

So my sister had agreed to have her at my house 1 day when I am working from home and another day 10-2 while I'm working from home.

Also my mum or husband can have her the day I'm actually working in the office.

I feel such anxiety leaving her kills me.
