I've previously been assessed at work as a high performer and am on a management development course. I'm due to start the next module of my management course but this needs sign off from my department head before I can proceed. Sign off should have been provided in January but still hasn't come through. I emailed the department head to chase about this two weeks ago and he has just ignored my email.
Something strange happened in the back end of my HR record a few weeks ago, leading me to believe someone has been in there looking at it and has accidentally changed something.
I'm starting to get worried they're thinking about letting me go, and I'm now losing sleep about this.
Any idea how I can tackle this?
