Free course recommendations

Hi all

Does anyone have any recommendations for free online courses in either childcare
or health and social care? (Considering roles in HCA, paediatrics or TA's) Not in a position to do an NVQ at the moment but would like a couple of courses I can do while at home to help my CV as I don't have any experience in either!

I tried having a search and ended up giving
my computer a virus so hoping someone can point me in the right direction of something legit that would appeal to an employer.

Check out Future Learn by the OU - free online courses in a range of subjects.
& also look out for MOOCS (can't remember what it stands for) they're free online courses. Many universities offer them - Harvard, MIT, Yale etc.
