Promotion application

I put in for a promotion in my company not expecting to get it at all as its not the normal route for my job and I only got offered it last night. I'm so excited, but can't tell anyone until the boss comes back Monday week. Eeeeek.

I have put in an application for a dream job, no idea whether I'll get it, they are shortlisting on Monday. I do so hope it happens....your post gives me hope too!
