I received my P45 from my last employer in the post.
As I opened the envelope I thought there’s a lot of paperwork here.
I have actually been sent the P45 of two other ex employees, one was a manager.
I have seen all their personal information
, I’m now worried, even though this is no fault of my own that there will be some kind of come back on me .
I have to ring my ex employer tomorrow with this information.

There will be no “comeback” on you- this has nothing to do with you. Don’t worry about it.

It’s not your mistake, you’re not misusing the data you’ve accidentally been sent and you’re reporting it in a timely manner so there’s no comeback on you
