Back to work after 6 weeks

Hello everyone,

Hubby and I are wanting to try for our first baby and have been discussing financials etc. I am main earner in our household so we think we could only afford for me to have the 6 weeks at 90% and then return to work after that. Hubby will then take SPL.

Have any mum's here returned this soon?

I'd love to spend more time at home with baby but we'd be broke 😅.

Hmmm you may get more responses if you put Maternity Leave in the title. Could you ask MN to amend it?

Hi just wondering did you decide? I will be returning after 12 weeks as living somewhere maternity is very limited. Already dreading it!
