Applied for a few jobs last week, my background is in recruitment so I know how to write a very good cover letter!
Looked at my phone and have had 3 text messages from the online portal inviting me to interview for all 3 positions I applied for! eek.

They are all non-clinical administrative positions, medical secretary, EA/team administrator type roles.

Any TIPS?!!!!!!!
The last interview I had was over 12 years ago!! EEK!

I haven't changed jobs for 12 years so feeling very anxious!! eeek.
My boss isn't going to be happy :( - very anxious to hand my notice in once I've read over and signed everything.

Look at the trust values - should be on the intranet. Good luck!

Sorry. Didn't see your update!

@Pebbledashery congratulations on the job! However depending on how long you have to give notice I wouldn't give it too soon. The pre employment checks for the nhs take so long. Last year I got offered the job in April and started August bank holiday

They have to do a DBS don't they, and get 2 x references.
Is there anything else they need to do ?

teamworking, confidentiality (never discuss a patient's case with anyone except the pt), prioritising workload, managing change, managing stress, dealing with upset/frustrated callers
