NHS Employment checks - not good sickness record

I would like to know if anyone has had similar past or stories that would ease my anxiety.

I have been offered my dream job within the NHS subject to employment checks.
I’ve give my references, however I know 2 of them (I gave 4 to cover the past 3 years) will give 4 days sickness in both. Over these 2 employments my grandmother fell extremely ill, lots of family drama and my mum having to deal with it herself and resulting in her mental health getting the better of her for a period of time. So in the first job I took compassionate leave for roughly a week or so to go home and help. I used up my sick days as my anxiety and depression got worse and I suffered terrible migraines. It was enough for me to get a probation type of thing as it was in the space of 3 months but I was provided with occupational health and given help. However things got worse at home and my mum needed help so I left as I wasn’t there long enough to take a long time off.

5 months later, I come back - new job in a nursery, 1st sickness was within the first 2 weeks because if anyone knows children carry everything! Then I am off for holiday, back home to visit family and my grandmother passed away, so I asked for unpaid leave to stay home (family live in another country) and attend the funeral. It was a week, I come back and there was an outbreak of meningitis then the flu, every staff member got ill I was sat in a cardigan in the July sun shivering cold, I had to stay off the next day. The stress of everything that happened got on top of me, plus the warning I got from the nursery owner if anymore time is taken off its a disciplinary! and I got 2 weeks off through my GP and then I left a while after that. I was so unhappy there.

My current job ive had for a year a half, 1 illness due to possible covid symptoms but other than that nothing. I’m mainly worried they’ll see my 2 jobs being in and out and off a few times, is it possible my offer is retracted?

I think they only usually ask about the last year if I remember correctly ?

No they go back 3 years, my occupational health form asked about the past 2 years but references are 3
