Line Manager NHS interview

Hi Lovely mums
i have an interview coming up for a line manager position in the NHS and i have no idea what to expect!! can anyone help me with some idea of what the questions may be?

What sort of Line Manager post is it? If you give us details of who the post manages you might get more specific help. The NHS is huge and complex

What department. Have you had a good read thru the job and perdon spec which give you an idea of what is expected. Do you have to give a presentation too. Congratulations btw.

It’s line managing secretaries in medicine. There is no presentation

What is the job title, is it a management or supervisory post, does it involve a particular Directorate with several secretaries working for different Consultants. I amjust trying to visualise the job spec.
