Initial teacher training interview

Has anybody had their ITT interview online? And if so could you please give me a little bit of info as to what to expect? Thanks

Not online no, but you will be asked your motivations, experience, what are the challenges currently, may be given a task usually a vehicle to promote discussion and view sharing....
