Managers driving me nuts.. which is a shame

Hello,
I really enjoy my office, the location, wfh culture, my salary, benefits, pension everything. I know the systems and the company now as its been 3 and a half years. However, my boss is in a league of her own.
Her way or the high way, high turnover of staff, thinks/says shes the best manager in the world, won't listen to anyone else, causes arguments, turns team members against each other, gossips, calls me to rant for like 3 hours DAILY. She is the reason I dread work and its such a shame as everything else I enjoy.
I can't see her going anywhere. I actually moved internal to this team a year ago, so I can't move internal again for another 6-12 months.
Has anyone got any top tips what I can do here? Thanks.

That could be my manager.

She's brilliant at her job and so great to learn from, but SO ANNOYING AND INEFFECTIVE.

My one technique is to learn when to ignore her.

Thanks. Mine calls me on my mobile / causes an argument if I ignore her, even if it's really late at night. There are no boundaries.

I would report her to HR. Why on earth do you have to answer your phone to her outside of your working hours?

I meant mentally ignore her.

I can guess which of her instructions are important, abs which I can smile and nod to without actually doing. And when she calls for a rant I have perfected the 'concerned hmmmm', while actually writing a shopping list.

I try to do that, she likes a response though otherwise u cant get her off the phone LOL. Last week I said like 4 times ive gotta go I've got work to do or blablah is calling I've got to go, and she wouldn't hang up LOL.
