Virtual Risk Assessment for Teams Meetings

Has anyone done one? What sort of things do you have to consider when risk assessing a virtual event on Teams with people outside your organisation?

Oh god, what new hell is this?

I understand that some online events need to be risk assessed particularly if involving people outside your organisation and was hoping someone might have experience of it.

My team work with young people and we had to out together a SOP which included considerations for safeguarding/circulation of meeting links etc/managing the waiting room functions/behaviour expectations/screen sharing/chat functions etc

Thanks @Lightsareonnobodyshome . I don't suppose anyone has a link to a virtual risk assessment - it's a whole new area for me.

I've just googled "risk assessment for zoom / virtual meetings" and several different sites and helpful info came up.
So you could easily do that.
