I have an interview this week which will be compency based. I know about the STAR format but struggling with examples.

Competing priorities- I was going to use an example of 2 demanding clients, how I identified which one was more urgent, used to do lists, time allocation and communication to manage stress and productivity . Does this sound OK?

Sounds fine

For time management dh is a big fan for the five d's. Drop Delay Descope Delegate and if all else fails Do efficiently. Your example sounds fine. Good luck.
