At my company I've been landed with 3 clients that cannot communicate properly.
They are adults and yet almost every email requires translation - myself and my team members all struggle to do this because they don't talk in complete sentences or they ask for one thing and then request something different once the work is complete.
As a result, I am constantly going back and forth to get to the bottom of things and as it happens these particular clients balk at phone calls as well.
It has now reached the point where a few of my colleagues are joking I've been landed with the 'incompetent clients' - and they aren't wrong, are they? Is this really a normal way to 'communicate' in the world of work?
