Atechy group

Has anyone heard of or work for Atechy Group? I have seen covid testing jobs advertised for my area, but the salaries quoted seem really high. I suppose it looks to good to be true. They seem to have their fingers in many pies across the UK so I was hoping someone on here could offer up some insight.

I don't know of them but I'm not convinced they're legit just based on searching them. If you go onto their website, they've got lots of 'brands' but half of the links redirect or are still under construction. I don't know if I am allowed to link to another site but there's a reddit post about this too where there are some reports that it's a sketchy. Half the reports on glassdoor say it's a scam too.
