Nhs operational lead interview tips please

Hi All
I have an interview for an operational lead post within nhs. I'm from a clinical background. Does anyone have any tips for interview? I need to present on how to restore & reimagine services. Also has anyone made the change from clinical to operational? Would be interested to hear experiences. It's a sideways move that I'm keen to explore.
Thanks!

@Stealthynamechange What band is role?

Sparkletastic · 02/03/2021 13:15

Yes what band? I've done a few panels for 8B posts recently.

Tips for the presentation:

Use corporate template
Use graphics
Not too text heavy
Clear milestones

For the questions:

Reflect on what you'd need from others in your induction
Consider your approach to the first 100 days
Have plenty of scenarios ready to draw on
Consider your learning over the past year - what will you keep and what will you discard

Hi sparktastic

I have an 8b interview coming up as research and education lead for AHPs. Wondered if you might be so kind as to share some interview questions with me please?

Thanks so much in advance.
