Back to work after....

Hi

Im just seeing if what everyone did after they had a baby when they returned to work.
Did you go back full time? Part Time half days? What about childcare?

Let me explain
When i have my future child (Not yet concieved) after i finish maternity ill be going back to work as we cant live off DH's pay alone, but im unsure how it will all work out (ill probs have to speak to my bosses about it, as im unsure how they will 'work around me' if that make sence. I work in retail as a supervisor and work 5days a week 8hrs a day so really dont want to go back to that ASAP but cant see work being very accondating.
Again ill have to ask my boss.

Went back full time and put DS in nursery which ten years ago was about 70 quid a day so presume much more now then had to go full time when he was in school and used a childminder.

Childcare is literally like a second mortgage or rent.
