Does anyone know if you have used all your SSP, then are furloughed for 3 months and then get signed off sick again are you entitled to SSP?

No because you haven’t built up any entitlement again ......you could apply for ESA tho

It’s paid for 28 weeks in any rolling 12 months so You need to be back working a year to get any more...... but like I said before you can apply for ESA
