Role play in job interview - any advice?

I have a job interview next week on Teams. They've have allowed 25 minutes for a role play situation. I've never been asked to do a role play before - I'm very nervous.

In the role play I have to facilitate a meeting with a difficult professional situation to have a positive outcome. Mainly to show my people skills.

Does anyone have any advice or experience of role plays in interviews they can share?

You're not role playing, so be your professional self and handle it as you would in real life.
Ime the actors who play the person you're managing are very believable!
