If you were applying for a job that is very similar to your current job and for an organisation that is very similar to your current organisation, the only difference is that the pay is more, how would you answer the question "why are you applying for this job?"

"new challenge" is traditional.

I've been with x organization for y years and am looking for a new challenge. I find / hope that by working with a new team, I continue to grow and learn on the job. Or something like that.

Widen you experience and gain learning from working in a different organisation. Whilst skills might be similar, organisational culture and 'how things are done around here' will impact on the role.

Broadening your experiences, appreciate their values, logistics e.g. shorter commute, applying your skills in X to a new setting, continuing your development with a different client base. Sure there must be some differences you can make something up for Wink
