A relative is doing some online training for a current care worker role with an organisation called Care Skilled. You cannot print the module certificates yourself, but can buy them from the company
The job hasn't been a great success in terms of management, so I don't imagine it will be long term, with that company, but there is a question mark over whether it's actually worth getting the certificates, or as has been suggested, a new care organisation will simply make the relative do the training again. Any advice greatfully received.
