I’ve been offered an internal job and I’m pregnant - they are aware of this and the new role requires a high level of security clearance that can take months. At what stage do I tell my line manager? I won’t receive a job offer until my DV is completed.
I’m wondering what would happen if I failed DV but my current job has been given to someone else so I’m in job limbo?
