Just looking for some advice/opinions really.
I gave birth to a baby boy in December. I was made redundant in September but due to the circumstances my work (now ex employers) had to pay me my maternity pay. I will stop being paid maternity pay by the end of June by which time my baby boy will be almost 7 months old.
I know the job market is super tough right now but I'm just looking to see whether it will affect my little boy by going back to work when he will be between 5 & 7 months old. I have given these estimates as I thought I'd start looking start of May as I know it may take some time for me to find a new job. I know it's a while off but I want to make sure I can provide the best future for my little boy but scared shipping him off to nursery/grandparents whilst I go to work will affect him at such a young age.
This is all hypothetical of course.. I may not even find a job!
