DiSC personality profiling

Has anyone here used (been subjected to) it?
Organisation is about to start rolling it out - and while the cheerleaders are all very positive, I'm keen to hear a wider range of opinions.

We did it at our work. I was quite sceptical, but I actually found it really interesting to see what personality type people in my office were and what type I was. I was a strong S.

I did it, quite enjoyed it and it was pretty accurate
I did it when I joined my new co, and me and my boss compared profiles. It gave us a better idea of how to communicate
