Saville Assessment

Has anyone done one of these?

I've read all the candidate notes, taken all the example tests but it's nigh on impossible to complete some of the tasks in the time given.

I'd never even heard of Abstract and Diagrammatical Reasoning until yesterday!

I've done many aptitude tests in the past but this is really worrying me.

I was up late last night watching You Tube videos which have helped but my god, I wouldn't employ me based on my test questions.

Panicking a bit. Sad

The only advice I can give is to do is use Practice websites to become familiar with the types of tests, so you aren't confronted with something completely alien. In your example, Abstract and Diagrammatical Reasoning, do lots of practice in that type of test so it's something you can recognise if it's put in front of you.

Psychometric tests tend to be common in large corporates where they are sifting for very specialist skill sets and aptitudes.

Thanks Daisy, I am practicing the areas I'm not confident on but combined with the time pressure I'm finding it really difficult.
This is not for a large corporate or executive role, it's an admin role!
It was easier to get a job in HMRC than this.
