Good evening,
I'm a band 5 Operating Department Practitioner and have applied for a band 6 post.
I've got the adequate skills and years of experience so am well qualified for the job but unfortunately I interview really badly and am up against some very strong competition.
What can I expect regarding interview questions and is there anything in particular I should do in order to prepare?
